The aFe Power BladeRunner intercooler tube kit replaces restrictive factory plumbing with high-flow, 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. Engineered to minimize pressure drop and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), these tubes feature smooth transition bends that improve airflow and throttle response. The wrinkle-black powder-coated finish provides superior heat resistance and a durable, professional appearance.
This kit is designed for a hassle-free installation using factory mounting locations. It includes 6061-T6 billet aluminum quick-connect adapters to ensure a perfect seal with the factory turbo and engine inlet. For maximum reliability under high boost, the kit also features heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and premium stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.
- Construction: 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow
- Finish: Heat-resistant wrinkle-black powder coating
- Ports: Two 1/8" NPT ports (one per tube) for sensors or water-methanol injection
