Fits select 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty and 2004-2005 Ford Excursion (V8-6.0L). This aFe Power BladeRunner hot side intercooler tube optimizes airflow for the 6.0L Power Stroke engine by replacing restrictive factory plumbing with 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing.

Engineered for maximum efficiency, the smooth transition bends minimize turbulence and pressure loss, resulting in a 7% increase in flow over the stock equipment. The tube is finished in a durable wrinkle-black powder coating that provides a clean aesthetic while insulating the intake charge from engine bay heat. For added versatility, a 1/8" NPT port is pre-installed for easy integration of sensors or injection systems.
