The aFe Power BladeRunner intercooler charge pipe kit replaces restrictive factory equipment with high-flow, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. This kit features a 2-1/2" hot side pipe and a 2-3/4" cold side pipe designed to minimize pressure loss and decrease turbulence for improved turbocharger response. The tubes are finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coating for superior heat and corrosion resistance.

Engineered for reliability under boost, this kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplings and premium stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. The system utilizes factory-style billet aluminum quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals to ensure a leak-free fit while maintaining a direct-bolt-on installation to factory mounting points. For those looking to expand their build, two 1/8" NPT ports are provided for easy connection of sensors or water-methanol injection systems.
