This aFe BladeRunner Street Series intercooler and tube kit replaces the restrictive factory cooling system with a high-efficiency 3-inch bar and plate design, engineered to outperform standard tube and fin cores. The end tanks are constructed from 3/16-inch TIG-welded aluminum plate and feature three internal multi-directional vanes that distribute airflow evenly across the entire core for maximum heat dissipation.

Constructed for high-boost applications, this intercooler is pressure-tested at 200 psi. In performance testing, this system achieved a 200-degree temperature drop, reduced EGTs by 100 degrees, and increased airflow by 30% over stock components.
