Fits 1997-2013 Chevrolet Corvette (C5/C6) including Base, Z06, ZR1, Grand Sport, and 427 models.
The aFe Control PFADT Series Rear Shock Spherical Bearing Kit is engineered to eliminate the deflection and friction inherent in factory rubber bushings. Original equipment bushings are known to deteriorate over time, and the increased loads from track use or coilover conversions can cause them to fail prematurely. This kit replaces those soft components with precision mono-ball spherical joints, providing a more rigid connection for improved suspension geometry and driver feedback.
- Durable Construction: Features 6061-T6 aluminum bearing housings finished with a Mil-Spec high-corrosion-resistant anodizing.
- Maintenance-Free Bearings: Includes Teflon-lined FK spherical bearings manufactured in the USA for minimal friction and long-term durability without the need for lubrication.
- Precision Fitment: CNC machined 6061-T6 articulation spacers ensure proper clearance and smooth suspension travel.
- Performance Optimization: Designed specifically to maximize handling on both high-performance street and dedicated track Corvette builds.
