OE Corvette transmission mounts are prone to failure during hard launches, often leading to excessive drivetrain deflection, reduced traction, and intrusive wheel hop. The aFe Control PFADT Series transmission mount set is engineered to solve these issues by replacing soft factory mounts with high-performance polyurethane bushings. This upgrade provides a more direct connection between the drivetrain and chassis, significantly improving vehicle launches and overall drivetrain feel without the harshness of solid mounts.
Built for durability and precision, these mounts feature CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum bodies with a protective anodized finish. The chassis mounts are nickel-plated for superior corrosion resistance and mated via replaceable polyurethane bushings. This kit is a direct-fit application and includes all necessary high-strength Grade 10.9 hardware for a secure installation.
