The aFe Power Large Bore-HD DPF-back exhaust system is engineered to improve exhaust flow and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) on your Power Stroke diesel. Constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this system provides a smooth path for exhaust gases, reducing turbulence compared to stock setups. The 409 stainless steel construction offers excellent corrosion resistance and heat cycling durability for heavy-duty applications.

This system features a two-piece design and utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers to maintain stability during high-vibration conditions. The exhaust is finished with a black stainless steel slash-cut tip featuring intercooling vents specifically designed to reduce temperatures at the tailpipe exit. A riveted, laser-cut stainless steel aFe Power logo plate completes the aggressive look.
