The aFe Power Momentum GT Pro 5R cold air intake system (MPN: 54-73112-1) is engineered to maximize airflow and engine protection for late-model Ford trucks. At the core of this system is a one-piece, roto-molded sealed housing crafted from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). This design effectively isolates the intake charge from high under-hood temperatures while utilizing a unique filter-to-housing interface that simplifies installation by reducing the number of required parts.
This system features a CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. The included Pro 5R air filter uses five layers of progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze oiled media to provide high-flow performance without sacrificing filtration efficiency. A built-in sight window allows you to inspect the filter's condition without disassembling the housing, and the signature tire-tread design on the housing top adds a rugged, custom look to your engine bay.
