The aFe Power Momentum GT Stage-2 cold air intake system is engineered to maximize airflow and filtration for the 6.2L LT1 engine. This system features a custom CAD-designed, rotomolded housing that replaces the restrictive factory air box. The unique one-piece sealed housing includes a built-in sight window for easy filter inspection and a distinctive tire-tread design on the lid. By utilizing a sealed design, the system ensures a consistent supply of cool air while protecting the filter from engine bay heat.
This kit includes the Pro 5R air filter, featuring five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media. This washable and reusable media provides maximum airflow and performance without compromising engine protection. The system also includes a dyno-tuned intake tube and premium hardware for a secure, direct-fit installation using factory mounting points.
