The aFe Power Momentum HD Stage-2 Si intake system is engineered to provide maximum airflow while maintaining superior engine protection for your 6.0L Power Stroke. This system features a unique one-piece sealed housing manufactured from cross-linked polyethylene, which isolates the intake charge from engine heat. An integrated auxiliary air scoop pulls additional cool air into the system, while an included urethane plug allows you to block the scoop during extreme weather or dusty conditions. The housing also features a large, clear sight window, allowing for quick filter inspections without disassembly.

Air is channeled through a CAD-designed, dyno-tuned roto-molded intake tube that optimizes velocity and volume. At the heart of this system is the Pro DRY S air filter—a 360-degree radial flow filter utilizing three layers of progressively finer synthetic non-oiled media. This media provides 99.2% cumulative efficiency and is wrapped in reinforced metal to prevent collapse under high-vacuum diesel applications. The patent-pending filter-to-housing interface simplifies installation while maximizing filter surface area.
