The aFe Power Momentum HD Stage-2 Si intake system is engineered for maximum airflow and thermal insulation in heavy-duty diesel applications. This sealed intake (Si) design uses a heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) housing to ensure the engine receives a consistent supply of cool, dense air. The intake tube is dyno-tuned to optimize airflow velocity and volumetric efficiency, providing the engine with the oxygen needed for heavy towing and high-load scenarios.

Equipped with the Pro DRY S performance air filter, this system utilizes three layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic media to provide excellent filtration efficiency without the need for filter oils. The oil-free design simplifies maintenance—the filter is fully washable and reusable for multiple cleaning cycles. A large, 100% polyurethane flange with integrated bumps ensures a tight, leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle, even under high vibration.
