The aFe Power BladeRunner Street Series wastegate actuator is a direct-fit replacement for the factory component on your 12-valve Cummins turbo-diesel. Constructed from durable, black-coated stamped steel, this unit is engineered for maximum strength and precise boost control. It features a heavier spring and a larger diaphragm compared to the stock unit, which keeps the wastegate valve seated longer. This helps prevent wastegate creep and maintains mid-range power and torque during acceleration.
Installation is straightforward as the actuator bolts directly to factory mounting locations and requires no modification to the turbocharger. It comes preset to factory settings but includes a locking jam nut for precise pressure adjustments within a 20-60 PSI range.
