Fits 2008-2013 BMW M3 (V8-4.0L) Base models. This Stage-2Si intake system outflows the factory intake by up to 50% and is rated at 798 CFM at 7 in. H2O.
This performance intake features a custom-designed, sealed housing manufactured from black cross-linked polyethylene. This roto-molded housing protects the intake charge from engine heat, ensuring a cooler, denser air supply. For enhanced underhood aesthetics, it includes a vacuum-formed ABS plastic cover with a carbon fiber finish. The CAD-designed intake tube is dyno-tuned to maximize airflow and includes an integrated resonance chamber to minimize unwanted intake noise.
At the core of this system is the Pro DRY S air filter. This 6-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow filter uses three layers of oil-free, progressively finer synthetic media, providing maximum convenience and filtration efficiency for high-performance street use. The unique filter-to-housing interface allows for a simplified installation with fewer parts.
