Each header is constructed from 1-7/8 inch to 2-1/4 inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, providing significantly better durability and corrosion resistance than factory manifolds. The 100% MIG-welded assembly and heavy-duty, laser-cut machined mild steel flanges ensure a stable, leak-free seal under high-stress towing and hauling conditions.

Using state-of-the-art computer-aided design (CAD) technology, aFe Power ensures these headers bolt directly to the stock mounting locations and factory exhaust system. This design requires no cutting or permanent modifications for a true hassle-free installation.
