The aFe POWER Quantum Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System (Part Number: 53-10001R) is engineered to optimize airflow for your Dodge Cummins truck. This system features a unique, patent-pending filter-to-housing interface that simplifies installation while ensuring a secure seal. The heart of the system is the Pro 5R air filter, a five-layer progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze media that is washable and reusable, providing maximum airflow and performance.
Constructed from high-quality XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), the roto-molded intake tube is designed to resist heat soak and maintain durability under extreme under-hood temperatures. The housing includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack to smooth out turbulent air, directing it efficiently into the turbocharger. This kit includes heavy-duty stainless steel clamps and a silicone bellows coupling to handle engine movement and provide a long-lasting, leak-free connection.
