The aFe POWER Rapid Induction Cold Air Intake System is engineered to maximize airflow and performance for your Ford F-150. This system replaces the restrictive factory intake path with a high-quality, computer-designed, roto-molded intake tube. Constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the tube ensures durability and maintains cooler intake air temperatures. The one-piece powder-coated heat shield is designed to snap directly onto the lower half of your factory air box, providing a straightforward installation that utilizes OEM mounting points without any cutting or drilling.
At the core of this system is the Pro 5R air filter, a 5-3/4 inch tall 360-degree radial flow filter with a 5-1/2 inch flange. This filter features five layers of progressively finer pre-oiled cotton gauze media for maximum airflow and engine protection. The inverted top design increases filter surface area for longer service intervals between cleanings. Each kit includes premium stainless steel clamps and a flexible silicone coupling for a secure, long-lasting fit.
