The aFe Power Silver Bullet Throttle Body Spacer (MPN 46-31002) is engineered to optimize the air-fuel charge for improved engine efficiency. By creating turbulence in the airflow at the point of entry into the intake manifold, this spacer increases air volume and velocity. This results in enhanced throttle response and improved horsepower and torque figures throughout the power band.
Precision-machined from durable T-6061 billet aluminum, the Silver Bullet features a unique serrated/helix entry design. This specific geometry generates the necessary intake turbulence while effectively eliminating the high-pitched whistling sound often associated with standard helix-only spacers. This unit is designed to bolt onto factory mounting points and works seamlessly with both OE and aFe Power intake systems.
