The aFe Power Takeda Stage 2 Pro 5R cold air intake system is engineered to provide maximum airflow while maintaining a cool intake charge. This system features a high-quality, computer-designed roto-molded housing constructed from black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to resist heat soak. A unique clear sight window allows for quick filter inspection without dismantling the airbox, while the direct-mount filter-to-housing interface (US PAT 9440175) simplifies the installation process.
This kit includes a large 7-1/2 inch tall Pro 5R performance air filter. The 360-degree radial flow filter uses five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton media, pre-oiled to capture contaminants while optimizing air volume. The intake is paired with a dyno-tuned roto-molded tube for precise fitment and improved flow characteristics. This is a direct bolt-on installation requiring no cutting or drilling of factory components for a clean, professional finish.
