The aFe Takeda Stage-2 PDS cold air intake system is engineered to maximize airflow and performance for your turbocharged Mazda. This system features a computer-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube that resists heat soak and maintains a perfect fit. The housing is constructed from durable, heat-resistant XLPE polymer and includes a clear sight window, allowing for quick filter inspections without disassembling the intake.
This kit utilizes a 7-1/2 inch tall Pro 5R air filter, featuring five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media. This 360-degree radial flow filter is pre-oiled and designed to provide the highest volume of high-flowing air for street or track use. The patent-pending filter-to-housing interface reduces the number of parts for a simplified installation that utilizes factory mounting points and air inlets.
