The aFe POWER Momentum GT cold air intake system is engineered to optimize airflow and filtration for the 2.4L turbocharged powertrain. This system utilizes a unique filter-to-housing interface that allows for the largest air filter possible. The included 8-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 4-inch flange and oil-free Pro DRY S media. With three layers of synthetic media, it provides maximum convenience and filtration efficiency for street use without the need for recharging oils.
The intake is housed in a smooth, one-piece sealed enclosure constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). This design minimizes heat soak and features a clear sight window for easy filter inspections. For the TRD Pro submodel, this kit includes distinctive red silicone components and high-quality stainless-steel clamps. The computer-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tubes ensure a precise fit and maximum durability under high-boost conditions.
