The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate kit (MPN 57579) provides up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity, engineered specifically for heavy-duty towing and hauling. This system features massive 7-inch double-convoluted bellows, which offer greater leveling force at lower air pressures compared to standard 6-inch springs. The "Ultimate" designation identifies the integrated internal jounce bumper, which absorbs road shock and allows the springs to be safely run with zero PSI in the event of air loss.
Constructed for longevity, the kit utilizes ultra-high-strength composite end caps and includes steel roll plates to protect the air springs from abrasion. The underframe design is compatible with most in-bed hitches and installs using common hand tools with no frame drilling required. Every component is torture-tested to 1 million cycles on a hydraulic test rig to ensure durability under maximum load.
