The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 kit is designed to provide up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, significantly improving vehicle stability when towing or hauling heavy loads. By utilizing fully adjustable air springs with a range of 5-100 PSI, this kit eliminates common issues such as rear-end sag (squat), poor headlight aim, trailer sway, and bottoming out. This ensures optimal weight distribution, maintaining consistent steering and braking control for a safer driving experience.

Engineered for durability under heavy-duty conditions, the air springs are constructed like a tire with 2-ply fabric reinforcement. The end caps are made from a high-strength, corrosion-proof nylon composite that offers the strength of steel without the weight. Each kit features Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates, which protect the bellows from sharp edges and increase the load-bearing surface area. To guarantee long-term reliability, these components have been hydraulic-tested for 1 million cycles.
