The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) cat-back exhaust system is engineered to enhance the performance and acoustics of the Audi 5-cylinder engine. Constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium for the tubes and muffler, this system provides a significant weight reduction of 36.2% compared to the factory setup. The assembly utilizes high-quality stainless-steel link pipes and is finished with handcrafted carbon-fiber tailpipes featuring titanium inner sleeves.

Integrated with two exhaust valves—one on each side of the muffler—the system uses in-house cast housings to precisely manage exhaust flow and sound profiles across comfort and dynamic driving modes. Performance testing on the Akrapovic dyno shows gains of 7.5 kW (10.2 hp) at 5,450 rpm and 8.8 Nm of torque at 3,900 rpm over the standard stock exhaust.
