Fits 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer models, including Evolution X and Ralliart. The AMS Performance Intake Fan Shield is a purpose-built solution designed to protect your air filter from engine bay heat soak. During low-speed operation or idling, the radiator fan forces hot air directly toward the intake area; this shield creates a physical barrier to ensure the turbocharger draws in cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay.
- Prevents hot air from the radiator fan from entering the intake tract
- Maintains lower intake air temperatures for more consistent power delivery
- Engineered specifically for the AMS Standard Intake system (not compatible with CAI)
- Direct-fit installation using existing mounting points
