The Old Man Emu BP-51 (Bypass 51mm diameter bore) shock absorber brings professional-grade bypass technology to the 2000-2021 Toyota Tundra. These position-sensitive shocks feature internal bypass ports that redirect oil flow around the piston at various points in the stroke. This provides a plush ride during normal cruising while increasing damping force at the ends of the stroke to prevent bottoming out and maintain chassis control during aggressive off-road driving.

Built to withstand the harshest environments, the BP-51 is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type 3 40-micron hard-anodized finish for maximum heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. Each unit is designed for a direct bolt-on fit to factory mounting points and includes an external remote reservoir to increase oil capacity and cooling performance. Independent on-car adjustment for both rebound and compression allows you to fine-tune your suspension to accommodate varying loads and terrain.
