The Old Man Emu Dakar CS004RB leaf spring is a core component of ARB’s integrated 4x4 suspension systems, engineered to provide consistent ride performance and handling regardless of operating conditions. These springs are specifically designed to replace worn factory units on 60 Series Land Cruisers, offering improved load-carrying capability for both recreational and commercial use.
- Precision Engineering: Draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves ensure even stress distribution across the entire leaf pack.
- Advanced Durability: Shot-peened and fully scragged to reduce internal stress and prevent the spring from sagging over time.
- Smooth Operation: Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads reduce tip friction, while bolted leaf clamps allow for anti-squeak liners.
- Military Wrap Design: Provides an additional layer of safety by wrapping the second leaf around the spring eye.
- Two-Stage Pack: Featured on most rear applications to maintain ride comfort when the vehicle is unladen while providing necessary support under heavy loads.
