The Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Plus shock absorber is engineered to provide improved handling and control for the Jeep Wrangler TJ platform. This heavier valved front damper is specifically tuned for vehicles equipped with additional front-end weight, such as aftermarket steel bumpers, winches, or heavy-duty brush guards. By utilizing vehicle-specific damping profiles, these shocks minimize body roll and improve steering response across both highway and trail conditions.
Built with a rugged twin-tube design, the Nitrocharger Plus offers an extra layer of protection against stone damage and debris in off-road environments. The internal high-flow piston design reduces aeration and helps manage oil temperatures during sustained cycling to prevent shock fade. This unit is a direct replacement for OE shocks and is designed to work seamlessly with OME coil springs.
