Protect your engine against head gasket failure with the ARP 230-4301 ARP2000 Head Stud Kit. For high-performance L5P applications where increased cylinder pressures are a concern, these studs provide the superior clamping force and stability that factory head bolts cannot match. Unlike standard bolts that twist and stretch during torquing, studs provide a more accurate and consistent load on the gasket.
- Manufactured from premium ARP2000 alloy with 220,000 psi tensile strength
- Threads are rolled after heat-treatment for maximum fatigue life
- Precision centerless ground for perfectly concentric engagement
- Black oxide finish provides long-lasting corrosion resistance
- Includes high-strength 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers
- Packaged with ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant
