Fits select 1994-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and Eclipse, Eagle Talon, and Plymouth Laser models equipped with the 4G63 engine.
When building a high-horsepower 4G63, cylinder head lift is a primary concern. The ARP Custom Aged 625+ Head Stud Kit is engineered to provide the clamping force necessary for extreme boost and high-compression applications. These M11 studs are manufactured from a super-alloy that is heat-treated and custom-aged to achieve a typical tensile strength of 260,000 to 280,000 psi, significantly exceeding standard ARP2000 and chromoly hardware.
Each stud is centerless ground to ensure perfect concentricity and thread-rolled after heat-treating to provide ten times the fatigue life of studs with threads cut before heat-treating. This kit provides a reliable seal for your head gasket under the most demanding racing conditions, ensuring your engine stays together when it matters most.
