This super-alloy material provides a typical tensile strength of 260,000 to 280,000 psi, significantly exceeding standard head bolt capabilities to prevent head gasket failure and cylinder head lift. Each stud is centerless ground to ensure perfect concentricity and heat-treated before thread rolling for superior fatigue strength.
