Fits Nissan RB20, RB20DET, RB25, and RB25DET engines.
Prevent head gasket failure and cylinder head lifting with the ARP 202-4301 head stud kit. Unlike standard torque-to-yield OEM head bolts that can stretch under high combustion pressures, these high-performance studs provide the consistent clamping force required for high-boost and high-horsepower RB-series builds. By using studs instead of bolts, you ensure more accurate torque loading and easier cylinder head alignment during assembly.
- Material: Manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel for superior strength.
- Tensile Strength: Heat-treated to 200,000 psi to handle extreme internal pressures.
- Precision Threading: J-form threads are rolled after heat treatment for maximum fatigue resistance.
- Hardware: Includes precision-ground parallel washers and 12-point nuts for even load distribution.
- Installation: Direct replacement for factory head bolts; includes ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.
