The AWE Tuning 0FG Exhaust is a modular, high-clearance cat-back system engineered for the rigors of off-roading. Handcrafted from U.S.-sourced 3-inch T304L stainless steel, this straight-through configuration replaces the restrictive factory exhaust with a bespoke resonator-equipped mid-pipe that delivers an aggressive tone without excessive drone. This specific version features the AWE BashGuard™, a high-tuck outlet that sits well above the tow hooks to protect the system from damage during steep departures. The BashGuard is reinforced with a .125-inch thick stainless ring for maximum durability against trail obstacles.

The 0FG system uses CNC mandrel-bent .065-wall tubing to ensure smooth flow and performance. The modular design includes an adapter to accommodate the wheelbase difference between 2-door and 4-door models, ensuring a precise fit across the entire Bronco lineup. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process requiring no cutting, and includes locking collars on the exhaust hangers to prevent shifting during technical crawls.
