The AWE SwitchPath Exhaust provides a versatile sound profile for the MK7.5 Golf R by integrating directly with the factory valve actuators. This system obeys factory ECU commands based on throttle input, engine speed, and Drive Select modes, allowing you to maintain a refined tone during daily commutes or unleash an aggressive, crackle-enhanced soundtrack in Dynamic mode. Handcrafted from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel, the system features a 3-inch and 2.5-inch mandrel-bent flow path for maximum performance efficiency.
This exhaust kit comes equipped with 102mm double-walled, slash-cut tips finished in Chrome Silver with the stamped AWE logo. For those seeking manual override capabilities, the system is compatible with the AWE SwitchPath Remote (sold separately). Designed for a precise, direct bolt-on fit, this system replaces the factory cat-back exhaust while ensuring zero Check Engine Lights.
- Max gains of 12 hp and 9 lb-ft of torque at the wheels (when paired with turbo-back hardware)
