The Bilstein B8 8100 (Bypass) is a direct-fit, position-sensitive damper engineered for high-performance off-road applications. Utilizing a motorsports-inspired dual-tube external bypass design, this rear left shock allows for independent, incremental adjustments of both rebound and compression via "Incremental Flow" bypass adjusters. The 60mm large-bore hard-anodized aluminum piston provides consistent damping control and heat dissipation under demanding conditions.
This shock features a remote reservoir with a bottom-hose exit port for optimized compression control throughout the suspension cycle. The included bolt-on anodized aluminum chassis mount ensures a secure, straightforward installation to factory locations without custom fabrication. This unit is specifically valved for Toyota FJ Cruisers with 0-2 inches of rear lift.
