The Bilstein B6 4600 Rear Shock Absorber Conversion Kit (46-274021) is specifically engineered to replace original equipment (OE) Nivomat load-leveling shocks. When Nivomat dampers are removed, the rear spring rate drops significantly; this kit addresses that by including two replacement coil springs to restore and maintain factory ride height.
The kit features two B6 4600 monotube shock absorbers with a 46mm digressive piston. This velocity-sensitive design reacts instantly to changing road surfaces, offering superior control and fade-free performance compared to standard twin-tube shocks. This is a complete performance replacement solution for aged or failing self-leveling suspension systems, restoring handling precision and comfort to your vehicle.
