Bilstein B6 4600 shock absorbers are engineered as a high-performance direct-fit upgrade for OE dampers on stock-height light trucks and SUVs. These shocks utilize a 46mm monotube design, which provides superior heat dissipation and consistent, fade-free damping performance even under heavy loads or varying road conditions. Unlike standard twin-tube shocks, the B6 4600 series is built to maintain control and stability without aeration.
