The Bilstein B6 series monotube shock absorber (part number 24-278393) is engineered as a performance upgrade for vehicles maintained at stock ride height. Unlike standard twin-tube shocks, the B6 utilizes a high-pressure 46mm gas-charged monotube design to deliver consistent, fade-free damping performance regardless of road conditions or temperature.
This rear shock absorber features Bilstein's unique velocity-sensitive, digressive piston technology. This valving allows the shock to react instantly to changing road surfaces, providing firm control during aggressive handling maneuvers while maintaining a compliant, comfortable ride during standard cruising.
