The Bilstein B6 4600 shock absorber is engineered as a direct-fit performance upgrade for 1992-2002 Isuzu Trooper models maintained at factory ride height. Designed to replace worn OE shocks, these units significantly improve handling, stability, and comfort without requiring modifications to the suspension system.
At the core of the B6 4600 is a 46mm monotube design, which offers superior heat dissipation compared to traditional twin-tube shocks.
