Fits select 1998-2005 Mercedes-Benz ML320, ML350, ML430, ML500, and ML55 AMG models. The Bilstein B6 Performance damper (24-029858) is a precision-engineered suspension upgrade designed to improve vehicle handling and stability while retaining the factory coil springs.
Built around Bilstein’s signature gas-pressure technology, this 46mm monotube shock absorber replaces the standard OE dampers with application-specific valving. The monotube design provides a larger piston surface area for increased damping control and superior heat dissipation, ensuring consistent, fade-free performance even under heavy loads or spirited driving. As a direct bolt-on replacement, it enhances lane stability and traction without requiring modifications to the original suspension geometry.
