The Bilstein B6 Performance strut assembly is a precision-engineered upgrade for the BMW E46 M3 chassis, designed to enhance handling and stability while retaining the factory coil springs. This 36mm monotube damper replaces the worn or soft factory unit with application-specific valving that provides superior grip and lane stability during both daily commutes and spirited driving sessions.
Built with Bilstein gas-pressure technology, this front left strut (MPN 35-142102) ensures consistent, fade-free damping performance by keeping the oil under pressure. The result is a more controlled ride and improved safety without the need for an expensive lowering kit or aftermarket springs.
