The Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorber is engineered as a high-performance, direct-fit solution for lifted Ram 2500 trucks. By utilizing an external remote reservoir, these shocks provide significantly increased oil capacity and enhanced heat dissipation to prevent performance fade during sustained off-road use or heavy-duty cycles. The 46mm monotube design, paired with velocity-sensitive digressive valving, ensures the shock reacts instantly to surface changes for maximum vehicle control and a consistent ride.
Designed for easy installation, each shock features a 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting for a clean, low-profile fitment and includes a billet reservoir mount where applicable. This bolt-on upgrade is built to increase wheel travel and durability in the harshest environments.
