The Bilstein M 7100 Series (AK7112SB) is a 46mm monotube shock absorber engineered specifically for custom off-road motorsports and high-intensity recreational applications. This remote reservoir shock provides superior heat dissipation and consistent, fade-free damping by preventing oil aeration under extreme conditions. The large 46mm bore and high-flow piston reduce harshness while the self-adjusting deflective disc valving reacts instantly to terrain changes for precise vehicle control.
Built for durability and long-term serviceability, these shocks are fully owner-rebuildable, making them an ideal choice for fabricators and racers. Each unit is supplied with 1/2-inch heim joints and misalignment spacers to ensure maximum articulation and hardware strength in rugged off-road environments.
