Every BMR spring is manufactured from high-tensile chrome silicon wire and cold-wound on a CNC coiling machine to ensure precise tolerances across the set. To prevent sagging, each spring is compressed solid twice at the factory to achieve its permanent set. The springs undergo a 750-degree Fahrenheit stress-relief process and are shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses, ensuring long-term durability under high-performance conditions.
