These springs use linear rates to keep the chassis flat and level through high-speed transitions, offering the support needed for aggressive driving without the unpredictable behavior of progressive coils.

Every BMR spring is manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire and cold-wound on a CNC coiling machine to ensure consistent diameters across the set. To prevent the sagging common in lesser springs, these units are stress-relieved at 750 degrees Fahrenheit and shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Every individual spring is compressed solid twice at the factory to reach its permanent set and is computer-tested via a CNC load cell to verify precise spring rates before shipping.
