BMR springs are manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire and cold-wound on a CNC coiling machine for industry-leading precision. To ensure long-term reliability and eliminate the risk of sag, every spring is compressed solid twice at the factory to establish its permanent set. The material is stress-relieved at 750 degrees Fahrenheit and shot-peened to remove residual surface stresses, significantly extending the fatigue life of the component.
