Fits 2022-2025 Lexus IS500 F Sport Performance and Premium models (5.0L V8).
The Borla 60739 S-Type Mid-Section is engineered to bridge the gap between an axle-back and a full cat-back exhaust system. This 2.5-inch diameter assembly features an integrated Merge X-Pipe, which optimizes exhaust scavenging and balances exhaust pulses for increased flow and a more refined, aggressive sound profile. When combined with Borla Axle-Back systems 11981 or 11981BC, it completes a full Cat-Back™ configuration.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this mid-section offers superior corrosion resistance compared to 400-series alternatives. The system uses CNC-machined components and mandrel-bent tubing to maintain consistent internal diameters through every bend, minimizing backpressure. Please note: Installation requires cutting the factory mid-section behind the catalytic converters and welding the inlet pipes to the OE converter housings.
