The Borla S-Type Classic Cat-Back exhaust system—widely recognized as the "Stinger"—is engineered to provide an aggressive, high-performance exhaust note for the C5 Corvette. Utilizing Borla's patented straight-through technology, this system maximizes exhaust flow and velocity to improve power delivery while maintaining a crisp, deep growl. Constructed entirely from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this system provides superior durability and corrosion resistance over standard aluminized or 400-series steel.
This 140017 system features 2.5-inch diameter piping entering the mufflers with dual 2-inch outlets, culminating in quad round polished stainless steel tips. Designed as a direct bolt-on for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, it utilizes factory mounting points for a precise fit.
