The Borla CrateMuffler is the industry's first muffler specifically engineered to optimize the acoustic profile and power delivery of the Chevrolet LS3 6.2L V8 engine family. This ATAK series muffler provides an aggressive exhaust note while utilizing Borla’s patented Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology. This system uses internal units with varying pipe diameters and lengths to create multiple notes that harmonize into a clean, full-bodied sound while significantly reducing or eliminating cabin drone.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this muffler offers superior corrosion resistance and durability compared to standard T-400 series materials. The directional design is precision CNC-manufactured for an accurate fit, featuring a 3-inch offset inlet and a 3-inch center outlet identifiable by the welded mounting bracket on the endcap.
