Carli Fabricated Radius Arms (CS-FARA-45-05) are a heavy-duty replacement for the weak, stamped factory arms that often struggle with increased suspension cycles and off-road stress. Engineered for durability and geometry correction, these arms are constructed from 3/16-inch thick fully boxed plate steel with internal gusseting and robust cross-bracing. This rigid design eliminates the flex found in OEM components, providing tighter steering response and a more controlled ride.

The axle-end connection features a rebuildable 17-4 stainless steel spherical joint. Unlike factory rubber bushings that wind up and release energy—creating a noticeable "kinetic kick" during suspension travel—this spherical joint allows for bind-free articulation and smoother cycling. Additionally, the arms are designed with a specific profile to provide an extra 1/2-inch of tire clearance, accommodating larger wheel and tire packages without rubbing.
