Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Clutch Masters FW-H2B-AL aluminum flywheel is precision-engineered for H2B conversion projects. By significantly reducing rotational mass, this flywheel allows the engine to rev more freely, improving throttle response and reducing lag in turbocharged setups. Each flywheel is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum billet and zero-balanced to ensure it spins 100% true, eliminating vibration at high RPM.

To ensure long-term durability, the flywheel features a Type 3 hard-anodized finish and a replaceable 1045 steel friction surface. This modular design eliminates the need for resurfacing; the steel insert can be replaced during clutch service to provide a fresh mating surface. Every unit is SFI 1.2 certified, making it suitable for both street performance and competitive motorsport use.
